Gives a crisp view of what’s happening in the meanwhile while offering tantalizing tidbits of the greater setting.

POV switched twice here. I know I’m nit picking but when you have a continuation of a story line you have to stick with one or the other or else the reader weeble wobbles around in the characters thoughts and feelings.

Liked: Something had happened in there.
