You must have kids. Great little story, it made me laugh and reminded me of a great granduncle who told stories like that to us at bedtime. Great memories.

That is a nice fable. Appreciate what you have and the people who help you, or a hungry ol’ owl will eat you up. I’m sure these two rabbits learned dem lesson.

This is excellent. Teaching values with the food chain is somewhat sinister but nonetheless effective.

A Freudian slip, perhaps? It sounds a bit like a child talking, doesn’t it?

I originally wrote “he tells me to eat my vegetables,” and meant to change it to “he makes me eat my vegetables”.

Thanks for the correction, but I think I’ll go ahead and to leave it the way it is. I think it’s cuter. []o)
