The student tried to glared harder but only managed to look constipated. Hilarious.

“Magic! High Magic and Low Magic. Middle Magic will be left out because it mostly relates to paperwork, employee motivation and the severe lack of job satisfaction that comes with being Regional Manager at Arby’s.”

A few students took notes. Others chuckled quietly.

“I’m not joking. I wish were, but I’m not.”

“High Magic and Low Magic are, technically, the same magic. The only difference is that Low Magic is for the standard user and High Magic is admin-level stuff. Most of you will only ever experience and use Low Magic but we’ll start with High Magic because it’s more important and way more fun.”
