John Holland has been in private practice since 1979. Since then, he has also been involved in a number of other class actions and major litigations in the nursing home, civil rights, employment discrimination and environmental pollution cases. He was part of teams of lawyers who sued Martin Marietta and Shell Oil in relationship to major environmental contaminations.
