I did not expect this person to go all maniacal at the end. "I want them all to feel something because of me! MUAHAHA! Wake up world!’ So, though it seems a tangential thought, it was a welcome breath of fresh air to this otherwise calm and kinda sad piece.

You’re back! You’re back! squeal! I thought this piece had a distinctly selfish edge to it although all humans fundamentally want to matter in the world. The focus on individual family members was great. And I found the whole thing to be quite beautiful.
