Encased.
Crouching in the shadows, she hardly dared to breath. They were after her. They had always been after her. They wanted her dead and they were armed.
She refused to pause and consider the injustice of her situation. A criminal for helping thousands people. It was just the way it was, they way it had always been, and the way it would always be.
She rose slowly hardly daring to breath, until finally she dared to run. She bolted down the road her red hair flying behind her. The hairs on the back of her neck stood up, and she sensed someone was following.
Dashing into a desolate warehouse she escaped. Again.
Except that she wasn’t running. She wasnt moving and hadnt moved for years. She couldn’t even breath for herself. Her parents cried at her bedside.
Encased by her own body, frozen in a coma.
The life she lived was a dream world. So far from reality but a dream world that kept her sane.
