I think I got caught on “Gorilla”; it’s not a brand I’m familiar with. Maybe if you swapped it with Krazy for order? (If I’m an average reader… I might not be; I hardly go to hardware stores, which is where I assume that one shows up.)

Elmer is a pony everyone should know from grade school, at least in the U.S.A. (I don’t have any other frame of reference than my own country.)

Gorilla is one people have seen if they’ve ever needed a VERY strong bond.

Krazy and Super go hand in hand. Which is appropriate, because if you get them on your hands they’ll instantaneously latch on and never let go.

And the poor sickly stick pony… Well, I never really enjoyed those, but they’re also from grade school.

I admit it, I had to phone a friend. Just had no cultural frame of reference for anything equine. But oh, that is yet another fine, twisted story.

I already knew where ponies go when they get old, so I got it before I got to the names…it’s still sick and very, very good.

I felt a little stupid…the first time through, my mind even consciously connected Elmer with glue, but I didn’t make the connection to the rest of the story until the second read, which was, yes, spurred on from Aurelia’s comment. Sigh.

Only because the epoxy we use at work is made from different chemicals, neither of which involve ponies (from what little I know).

Honestly, I doubt that Gorilla, Super, or Krazy use any pony ingredients, but they certainly help get the point across. Twisted stuff, I chuckled.
