Definitely a strong film noir feel to it, I’m enjoying reading the series. Not jealous though.

(and, I’m not sure whether to be jealous or not… the last time I said I was glad not to be involved in such shenanigans I was dragged into being a kung fu master, only to be decapitated a sequel later, then reemerging God-knows-how much later without my head reattached. I know it wouldn’t get that insane, but I’m still nervous as to how I would be incorporated. Not that I’d mind being incorporated, of course.)

Haha! I’ve been picking tie-ins rather randomly. I’ll see if I can fit you in, Miss Aurelia. But I honestly have no more idea than you about what will happen next in the story, so I don’t know if you’ll get decapitated or not.

Actually, now that I’m thinking about it, I wouldn’t mind getting tied in (figuratively or literally). I may “regret” saying that, but hey, things happen.
