I wouldn’t normally nitpick, but just because I really dig this story (see the five pencils), I feel I should point out that “it’s usage” and “it’s helm” should both be “its.”
Remember: “Oh, if it’s meant to be possessive, then it’s just ‘i-t-s,’ but if it’s meant to be a contraction, then it’s ‘i-t-apostrophe-s’… scallawag.”
“it’s” means “it is.” “its” means “belonging to it.”
I don’t have a problem with that! I’m a grammar nazi too, from time to time. Good catch, and thanks for the great comments, everybody! I’m going to have to “sequelize” this myself, I think.
