Ficly

“I think I want to write things.”

“Whut. Like fur realz?”

“You’re an inner voice, not a LOLcat.”

“Well, one of us has to be fun and interesting!” The voice paused. "And you didn’t even say “fur realz” right."

“I am so not boring.”

Of course you’re not. Comparing Christian Kane and Aldis Hodge to Batman is a real page turner.”

“Bitch,” I said under my breath.

“I heard that!” The voice said, (adj.). “How’s that diet going?”

Ignoring the slight, I continued my declaration. “As I was saying. I’m going to start writing stuff. Original stuff.”

“No more mushy Inuyasha fanfiction?”

I flushed. “We agreed my past as a fanfic writer was off limits!”

“Fine, fine. So what are you going to be writing? Novels?” the voice asked, conveying hipster-like disinterest.

“No, nothing that ambitious. I thinking 1024 characters, give or take.”

“Huh. Well, I’m sure you’ll find a place; the internet has everything.”

“One can only hope.”
