are we writing about the same person here? that’s the exact way it is except change the i don’t know’s to idk’s and everything else to k and you got my guy. that and get rid of the “we used to be really close” part – __ – anyways, enough ranting… thanks for sequeling. i really liked it :)

sometimes cool conversations do make you friends.. i guess this time though it didn’t.

Some of the word choice seems a little too complex to be texting. Which makes the dialogue not as realistic.

I did adore the idea though, and how one of the characters is standing up for himself/herself instead of giving in to the old friend.

I despise text-speak, so I lengthened the words and made the messages represent what the characters were feeling and trying to say, rather than the actual characters they were sending.

As you can see, my “friend” is very flat, personality-wise.

This dialogue grabbed me, I read it before its prequel, which also did. I am again struck by the potential power of dialogue. This writer must be watched.
