Hello this is...Kevin.

Thomas was having trouble with his computer so he called into tech support. A few rings and then the tech person answered with a thick Indian accent.

“Thank you for calling Macrosoft Tech Support, this is…Kevin, how may I help you today?”

Thomas was slightly taken aback. He responded, “Uh…yes I would like to speak to an American.”

“You are speaking to an American, my name is…Kevin, Kevin Smith.”

Thomas became very agitated, “Connect me to an American now!”

“Okay sir hold on.” Kevin clears his throat and speaks in a normal American accent, “Yes sir how may I help you today?”

Thomas was relieved, “Yes, I have a 401 error message and I can’t seem to work around it.”

“Is your computer on?

“Yes…I am looking at the message.”

“Are currently at your computer?”

“Yes…I said I was looking at the message.”

“Are you currently,” the accent disapeers, “registered under our…”

Thomas is now mad, “What happend to your accent?”

“Uh…thank you for calling Marcrosoft tech support. Have a nice day.”
