If Thomas is so tech-savvy, why isn’t he using Linux or BSD? He should know better than to expect help from Microsoft tech support. It’s obvious, though, that he fell for Kevin’s little ploy when he changed his voice a little.
I’m having difficulty deciding who I dislike more, Kevin or Thomas.
But, I think you’ve hit the nail on the head for the frustration one can feel when talking to tech support agents.
That’s why I never talk to tech support agents. I fix my own computers, and avoid Microsoft like the plague.
Ah, um, sorry, I should be offering criticism.
I would suggest, after writing your story, that you read through it a few more times.The first time, search for parts of the story that don’t quite make sense. Second time, revise your wording to try to be more clear. Finally, check spelling and punctuation and grammar.
Good idea, and I think with a little work it could become something much better. :-)

Elsha is unable to leave you a comment at the moment, please hang up and try again during her normal operating hours. :) Accents always fail when they have to read the scripts they’ve almost memorized. Oh and, tech support people hate it when you can’t follow simple directions, but they ask some stupid questions, only because they have to.
