You know the Kangaroo shoe really was a good idea.
I mean, who would have ever dreamed up a shoe with a pocket.
Not just a pocket, an indestructible zipper pocket.
They made a million versions of these shoes, from the pink one all the way to the Walter Payton number 34 roos shoes.
That was all that was left of The Late Great planet Earth was a one hundred an thirty five pound back yard anstronaut and a pair of Walter Payton number 34 roos shoes.
I recoiled as an oil tanker slowly ground across the top of my outerspace ultralite.
Mars coordinace sixteen dash seveteen asmith forty seven vertical seven
I had to scoff at the elementary education The Void or God or the Earth or Space Dementia or whoever i had been speaking to had, when i replied," This skiff was designed to be in space for three hours not three years, she will never go to mars."
“Oh ye of little faith, what happens when you remove an entire planet from a gravitational system.”
That is when i knew it must have been a God, Mars was coming to me.

i know. it’s outed for being too small and hanging around with moons.
Picking on the little guy… shame shame.

Pluto is a special case, even among the “dwarf planets”, as it is the only “planet” tidally locked to its moon. So, really, we should talk about the Pluto-Charon system. We should probably give it a special class all its own.

What happens when you remove an entire planet from a gravitational system? Well, in the case of Earth, not a whole hell of a lot except probably some solar flares and some chunks of Earth eventually hitting other planets and moons, or settling into the sun or the asteroid belt. Since the matter of the planet wasn’t entirely destroyed, most likely a lot of it would regather into the orbital path of the destroyed planet.

I’m most curious about our Moon. Depending on where it was in its orbit, it could end up going either towards Venus and Mercury or out towards Mars. So the intriguing possibility I see is that he hops 3 hours to a base on the moon and rides the moon out to Mars.

get a pick science and are you familiar with the idea that fiction requires you to
    SUSPEND YOUR DISBELIEF
Uhmpa luhmpa aren’t really eaten by vernicous kanids the trifalmadorians didn’t really create the pyramids about a message to say they are almost done with a part for a ship and Ichigo kurasaki is not really saving the world with a bible thumping archer and a big mexican with a pituitary problem. its fiction not science man…now get a pick

i go too far sometimes but really noobs ficlets meant so much too us that not even having enough pride in “our” own site that people don’t make money off, they dedicated their time to build, and you cant even load a pic. come on science you have eleven stories and 51 comments you have to love this place. Just load a pic, kevin lawver and jason made this for us have enough respect to load a pic.

hahahaha I don’t know how you equate pictures with love, I don’t love pictures cuz I’m not photogenic.

I also take offense to your apparent belief that fiction and science should be necessarily separated. Fact is often so much stranger than fiction. But don’t worry about offending me, I’m over it already.

Lol, your writing reminds me of Hitchhiker’s Guide ( I reference taht way too much…) You just go on a random tangent then tie it in with the story at the last minute.

Funny discussion there in the comments. Bizarre little story, a little hard to follow, but still works.
