I’m resurrecting a challenge from Ficlets that was put out by YodaOnCrack.

I don’t care if you were born in the1960’s or the 1990’s. Everyone’s at least heard of classic arcade games like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Pong, etc, etc, ad nauseum.

Well, the challenge here is to write a story based on one of those classic games. If you’ve never played any of them, do a quick Wikipedia run and wing it! Just have fun with it. There’s so many great ideas you could run with. Pop your Ficly power pellet and chomp away!

And, unlike any challenges I put out on Ficlets (for those who remember), I’ll actually try and pick a winner on here. But with the imaginations in this group, that’s going to be hard!
