It’s the start of a New Year, a shiny new beginning full of possibilities and opportunities. Who knows what 2011 will bring?

For this challenge I want you to write anything. It can be absolutely anything, poetry, prose, drama, anything you like. Write as you mean to continue. Write something truly lovely or completely awful. It’s entirely up to you. Choose your favourite genre or your most hated genre, write a story or write philosophically, write an epic poem (in 1024 characters!) or a Haiku.

Whatever you write let it be a fresh start for you, a beautiful beginning.
