Day 1: Wuthering Heights By Emily Brontë (continued)

“This book was horrible,”I said as Robin jogged over to me.

“What do you mean it was horrible this book is a classic, thousands of people would claim it’s the best novel of all time?” He said plopping himself down next to me on the bench.

“Okay well I didn’t hate the book,I hate the people in it,I’m ashamed to share the same name as Catherine.”I replied.

“Why’s that,”Robin laughed.

“Because Heathcliff and her disgust me.They both obviously love each other yet they act like they hate each other.I don’t understand!”I said frustrated.

“Well don’t you think a lot of people do that, don’t admit they love someone,Heathcliff was too scared to tell her because of his social status.”

“That’s no excuse he should have told her.”

“Maybe he was just scared of what she would say,”

“Whatever, enough about this book.”

“Okay,”he said getting up to leave.

“Are you mad?”

“No, I just have to go do something I’ll see you later okay?” He said walking away.

And he left me more confused then I was after reading this book.
