Innocent Found Guilty
Guilty. Guilty. Guilty. The word kept ringing in his mind. They thought that he was guilty. They thought that he killed the little girl. But he didn’t.
Tess killed her. The Tess that was grinning at him from across the room. She had a malicious twinkle in her eyes. He glared at her, his eyes filled with anger, hate, and betrayal.
He loved her. Now she blamed him for killing Amy. Now he was going to prison because of her lies. He saw her murder that little girl with his own eyes.
The officers pushed him fowards, and he started walking. If he was going to prison, he’d go with with his head high, and not low and sulking. He would not show her his pain. As he passed her, she smiled sweetly. He glared at her in disgust.
Then the officers led him, the innocent one, to prison. Leaving Tess, the guilty one, free.
