Hmm… though now I read your tags and I had not at all thought suicide. The character seems to arrogant to end himself. I was assuming he’d be gunning someone else.

The tags are my own feelings towards the character, feel free to interpret it as you will, in whatever sense allows you to enjoy it most. I used a subtle link with the word target that would allow interpretation.
