Understandable. We all need a friend. From here, she will either befriend Heidi, become overly clingy as she only has one friend, or be rejected, and devolve into a new Liz, sinking into nothingness everyday.

I like this.
She just can’t trust men because of her mum’s poor relationships. As well as being not quite the traditional note, it’s a perfect social commentry on the effect a parent’s lifestyle has on the child.
