Here’s your assignment: 1. Pick a movie you like (it should be somewhere in your story, either the title or the body). 2. Pick a character from that movie, one who is NOT a main character, and tell their story.

It doesn’t have to be in biography format. It could be a memoir, or a journal entry, or a thought or memory of the person. Help us get to know him/her. This should be fresh material.

• BE SURE to remember to include both the title of the movie you chose, and the name of the character. If the character doesn’t have a name, give him one.
