This challenge has ended!
Write an entire story using alliteration. Alliteration is the practice where every word in a sentence begins with the same letter. The odd word that doesn’t fit the alliteration is fine, but aim for as many as possible. You’ve got one month to come up with something brilliant!
Question – is this challenge part of the noble tradition of “the challenge is to spur creativity – winning isn’t the point of it”, or did the fair judge wander off?
(Yeah, I know – I’m not even entered. I’m poking around the foundations of ficly, see what rattles.)
Oh, never mind. I see it’s listed anyway. Apologies :D
I posted this without making it a sequel. Here it is anyway, in case anyone wants another dose of alliteration :)
Wow that was DIFFICULT. But, as always, fun!
question… I think I’m reading the task correctly but feel the need to second guess. Does every word of the STORY have to start with the same letter OR is it that in each sentence you must have alliteration? I think it’s the latter, but the entry you published is all B’s. How the heck did you do that, anyway!?
Want to join in the fun? Of course you do!
