… i wrote a ficlet called “The Oracle” about a year ago.
they were totally and completely different.
it’s cool to see how two stories from the same title can be so different.

ya.. I kinda pulled a page out of J.J. Abrams vault of tricks and made a reference to a character, things, or whatever called “The Oracle” but gave absolutely no clue as to what it is!
Hence, the reason i put “The Oracle” in quotations in the title.

Yikes, that was horrid. Quite the scary situation to be in and at the same time begs the question, “What is the Oracle?”

THX: I’d hate to be in that guy’s circumstances.
But i hope that it’s his situation that’s horrid and not the story! hehe.

Tee hee, I find this entry highly entertaining. It’s way too easy to lose the meaning of your story in a desperate attempt to squeeze the required line in, in a new and supposedly unthought-of way; but I do believe you thoroughly pulled this sucka off!! Woo! 5 pencils for you.
